What you'll do

General responsibilities:

  • Be interested in understanding real business challenges and exploring how technology can offer effective solutions.
  • Work in constant collaboration with the team, contributing to the improvement of our processes.
  • Be open to guidance and feedback, recognizing the importance of these contributions for professional growth.
  • Actively contribute to the KIS team by providing the best possible solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Internship tracks:

  • Data Engineering: Design and restructuring of databases, along with services such as data migration, conversion, analysis, consolidation, and more.
  • Digital Transformation: Translating business problems or ideas into more technical and actionable solutions through web, mobile applications, or other tools to address business challenges.
  • Business & Quality: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate these requirements into detailed technical specifications, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements

  • Live in Brazil;  
  • Advanced English;  
  • Be at least 16 years old;  
  • Availability to start the internship in February 2025;  
  • Availability to dedicate from 20 to 40 hours per week to the internship;  
  • Seeking an internship for the challenges and professional opportunity, as we do not offer academic credits or contracts through universities;  
  • Prior knowledge of programming logic, preferably with course/work completed or in progress in IT or related fields.

remote/office work

We work in a 100% remote environment. Some teams enjoy meeting for work and to get to know each other. We have an office in Campinas that people can go to and spend time with other collaborators.

what does "flexible work" mean at KIS?

You can choose your work hours, as long as you meet your team and client's main meetings, cerimonies and deliveries. Apart from those ceremonies, you can choose how to distribute the remaining hours of your day. Just make sure you're communicating frequently and clearly.
