What you'll do

  • Purchase and configure equipment for new collaborators
  • Receive and review the integrity of returned devices
  • Manage collaborators' devices and accounts, ensuring daily updated documentation in the company's record systems
  • Provide support to KIS team members, especially regarding issues with equipment and accounts
  • Collaborate daily in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring agile, effective, and high-quality execution
  • Actively participate in discussions, documentation, and execution of general internal policies and processes
  • Generate reports for the executive staff, regarding the company’s internal processes and projects
  • Participate in periodic meetings to track activities with Brazilian and American managers

Requirements

  • Reside in Campinas, preferably near Jardim Santa Genebra.
  • A personal vehicle for shipping equipment via mail
  • Advanced English for communication with American team members
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an interest in improving them in a professional setting
  • Proven experience with Excel for data management routine
  • Previous basic experience with javascript/python to help operations team with internal system bug fixing  
  • Previous experience or willingness to learn about equipment configuration (to better support KIS team members)
  • Interest in focusing on internal logistics, with an emphasis on account/device management and process workflows
  • Flexibility to collaborate and support various activities within the operations team
