Drive IT projects working with fullstack development (Java, Spring boot, Angular 2+/React, and SQL)

Main Responsibilities

  • Work on design and architecture;
  • Translate business requirements to tech implementation;
  • Perform deployments and production debugging;
  • Be a technical expert able to support the team and unblock work;
  • Have strong communication and partnership skills as you work within your own team, with business stakeholders and with other supporting development teams;
  • Be comfortable giving routine updates to business stakeholders on project status;
  • Understand business needs and prioritize delivering value to the client;
  • Bring contributions, improvements, and think about the quality of the deliveries.

Requirements

  • Experience with leadership on IT projects;
  • Experience with backend (preferred Java Spring) and frontend development (Angular/React);
  • Experience with the deployment pipeline process;
  • Ability to debug and quickly troubleshoot issues in production;
  • Advanced English;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (scrum);
  • Good organization skills;
  • Good communication talking with the client.

We work in a 100% remote environment. Some teams enjoy meeting for work and to get to know each other. We have an office in Campinas that people can go to and spend time with other collaborators.
